creation number one: lasagna

has been spending these three days with janice til yesterday. i made some lasagna, and fortunately it came good! the first time i made it, i can say it was horrible. just like raw lasagna layered with meat sauce with raw carrot, and sticky white sauce. cut like it wanna fly from its plate, chewed like my teeth going to break down and my jaw pain.  the second time, it was slightly better than the first one. at least i can eat them without using excessive force and emotions. this is the third time i made it and it came out real good!

i didn't follow any recipes, just anyhow do. in the middle of making the white sauce, i realize i forgot to buy some milk to pour in. then i pause it, and cycling to nearest store to buy some. it takes 2 hours to make these, and it seems all efforts were paid off.
