just finished skyping with parents, and guess what? I JUST REALIZED TODAY I'M VERY CLOSE TO DEATH.
it begins when i reached home, and found no one was in home. so as usual, i just go straight to my room and practice saman before i go shower. then my phone rang, it was my aunty. "LING, CHECK THE GAS! TURN IT OFF NOW!!!" she sounded like mad panic. i was like "ha? okay.." then i went to kitchen and turned off the gas. so aunty was steaming and boiling something before she rushed off, and the water was empty (for steamed dish), and half empty (for boiled dish). i smelled burnt things on the steamed dish (off course, there is no water inside. all empty). I WAS LIKE SUPER CALM WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT IF MY AUNTY DIDN'T CALL ME. indeed, i really don't have any idea on it until i skyped with parents.
as usual, i told them things happening here and i told them about the gas thing as an extra (man, i should take things more seriously.). they was like panic, scold me, and told me how serious it is. IT WAS VERY VERY SERIOUS TIL I CAN DIE ANY MOMENT.
so here is the situation:
i'm in home, alone, in my room, closed door, without knowing the gas still on (fire level: high), and not knowing what is the consequences if i let them on.
it was like a time bomb, and basically i can die any moment. it can burn the entire apartment, burn the important documents, and also burn me. THANK GOD MY AUNTY CALLED.
the point is: my aunty now struggling with her child (the missing relative). she was found today, and she rebelled and force to run away. i bet aunty has lots of thoughts and keep on going to police station will absolutely stressed her enough. amidst them, GOD STILL REMINDS HER ABOUT THE GAS.
this is my second life.
lesson of the day: small things could become considerably serious if you don't bother to care. care for things, care for life.
