back on track

"so, are you still on track?"

it hits me right there.

i was having dinner with biga, and his friends who happened to be violinist as well: dave and kian. it's been a long time since i met him two years ago, when he was on asean tour and performed in esplanade theater. he's taller now, and he speaks german.

four musicians are on the table.
what else to expect beside chambers discussion, orchestral instruments, and the mambo jumbo of having musical drills every single day?

I SWEAR HE WAS MY JUNIOR.

and look at him now, being invited to perform for ex-indonesia's president twice (yes, twice), was on asean tour and coached by honored professors and well known musicians, being invited as soloist in the making of merry riana soundtrack, having recital here and there, HE IS A CELEBRITY NOW.

then, he asked me the question.

"so, are you still on track?"

"no. not anymore."

"did you bring your instruments here?"

"yeah, both of them."

"well, where are they now?"

"behind my wardrobe, covered in dust and rust, i guess."

"YOU ARE INHUMAN!!"

i am.

it was late, and four of us bid each other good bye.

however, it made me think over and over about getting back on track, and master it once again. i mean, this might helps to give some colours in my monotone routine, and so why not?

p.s:
i'll be on flute class next week.

Hahahaha
lame. like literally.
