casein intolerant

on the second thought, i might be allergic to milk instead of chlorine. to be specific: casein content in cow milk.

i'm quite okay with ice cream, cheese and yogurt though, but i always have major breakout when i had a full glass of milk for breakfast. by "milk", i'm referring to milk in carton packaging which you can always find chilled in dairy section from any supermarket with expiration date printed no later than 2 weeks from the day you lay hand on it.  

when i was in school, my mom bought us a milk supplement from amway (or maybe other brand) which had casein content in it. without fail, one gigantic pimple always popped up the following day. 

i have no issue with powdered milk, let's take milo for example. i'm fine with hot milo taken at 3 PM for tea time, cold milo for breakfast, or sprinkles of milo powder for my choco avocado topping. soy milk is okay, even though flavoured soy milk tasted weird. i bought melon flavoured soy milk before, and it tasted like the usual white soy milk with melon powder flavourings. well, original always better.
