for health!

just ate double cheeseburger at this LATE NIGHT. it was so tempting, til i escaped from diet. last time i did blood check and found my cholesterol rate is pretty high. have been managed my food properly, and recently it seems to loosen up bit. so here i am, trying to browse cholesterol rate for various types of foods and come out with this result:
