margherita

back to if basic, be the classic, and always stay majestic. i don't know anyone would agree with me, but this excellent combination of tomato, basil, and cheese are just BOMB.

i'm controlling my dairy intake now, and it has been for a month living with no yogurt, cheese, milk, or other dairy products. it feels horrible, having to pass by and seeing my favourite watermelon milk sitting down nicely in the dairy aisle.

it feels like having a break up. :(

not only that, now i control how much i would eat too. crackers for breakfast, half rice for lunch, and fruits and veggies for dinner. by veggies, i'm talking about steamed bitter gourd, steamed eggplant, steamed okra, boiled broccoli or cauliflower. no rice.
sometimes, i'd divide my dinner to two portion. half for dinner, and half for tomorrow's breakfast. save money and save the calories too.
